This painting supply cart that I trailer behind a bicycle is very lightweight which, from experience (and a 150 pound prototype) I learned is key. I welded the aluminum frame and installed a thin plywood floor plus two Amish push-bike wheels. A cargo net keeps all the supplies intact.
