Cemetery Ally (Nov 2014)

The beauty of autumn is too hard to resist around southeastern Pennsylvania where we live. Colors abound, long rays of sunlight warm spirit, body and soul. The senses are treated to a swan song of color, beauty and calm. On such a day in mid-autumn, I went to our nearby 18th century cemetery where the caretaker kindly permits me to paint. The beauty and depth of this ally of trees has always delighted me. On the day I painted, the story was no different. See Cemetery Ally below.
